I sent exactly the price in USDT, but the bot says the amount is low — why?
Because the network fee is yours as the sender, and what matters is the amount that arrives in the store wallet, not the amount that left your wallet. If the fee makes the received amount lower than the order's expected amount, that deposit is recorded as a partial payment on the order, and you only need to send the remainder in another TRC20 transfer and send the fresh TxID to complete the order. So before sending, make sure the amount that will arrive is not below the product amount — in other words, account for the fee on top of the amount you send. This rule is different for wallet top-ups (see the USDT top-up question).
Does it matter if I send USDT from an exchange or from my own wallet?
It makes no difference, as long as all four conditions hold: TRC20 network only, only to the same address the bot showed, the transaction is fresh for this same order, and you copy the TxID from that same exchange or wallet history and paste it in the chat. What is NOT accepted is a plain TRX transfer instead of USDT: that transaction is not official Tron USDT and is rejected with “This transaction is not official Tron USDT”. If your exchange picks the wrong network, the amount never reaches the store's Tron wallet and cannot be returned by us; so before confirming a withdrawal at the exchange, check the network is TRC20.
Only some of the product files arrived — how do I get the rest?
Do not worry; file delivery is recorded file by file. If only some files arrived in the first delivery, a resend sends only the files that did not arrive, so you get nothing twice. Message Support with the product name, order code, and the names of the files that did not arrive, so the owner resends exactly those. If you are unsure which files should have arrived, the file list is written on that product's card on the site.
My payment was confirmed but file delivery failed — what happens to my money?
Your money is safe. When a payment is confirmed but automatic file sending failed at that moment, the order status becomes “Paid — file delivery failed (being followed up)”, the case is registered for the store at once, and sending is retried; your payment is not lost. Keep your payment receipt (TxID or tracking code). If the files still have not arrived after a while, message Support with the product name and order code so the owner can send the files manually. This is different from “payment not confirmed”: here the money arrived and was confirmed, only the sending got stuck.
I cannot find my delivered file in the chat — where is it?
Files are sent directly in the same Telegram bot chat; there is no email delivery and no separate download link. Scroll up a little in that same chat; delivered files stay there. If you still cannot find them, open “My orders” and check whether the order status is “Delivered”; if it is and you still cannot find the file, message Support with the product name and order code so the owner can resend the files. As soon as files arrive, download them and keep them somewhere safe.
The Excel file opens but its formulas do not calculate or show blank — why?
First make sure the download completed and was not cut off; if needed, download it again. Then open the file in a full spreadsheet app: Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets (free, online), or LibreOffice (free). Some simple mobile viewers or in-chat previews do not calculate formulas and show the numbers as blank; that is not a defect in the file. KitYar Excel files have live formulas — when you enter your own numbers, the calculations run automatically. If the formulas still do not work in Excel, Sheets, or LibreOffice, message Support with the product name and the app you tried.
The file I received does not match the product I bought — what do I do?
Message Support with these three things: the name of the product you bought, the order code, and the name of the file that arrived. If the delivered content is materially different from what the product page says, then under the money-back policy the choice is yours: we send a corrected/replacement version, or we return the full amount. Before messaging, compare the file name with the file list on that product's card; sometimes the file is correct but its name merely looks like another product's.
The file is corrupt, or its download was cut off — what do I do?
First download the file again from the same bot chat; an incomplete download is the most common reason a file looks broken. If with a complete download the file still does not open, or its formulas/sections still do not work, message Support with the product name and the app you tried. If the defect is in the file itself and we cannot fix it or replace it with a healthy version, then under the money-back policy the choice is yours: a healthy replacement, or the full amount back.
A file I bought was later updated — how do I get the new version?
Free. If a file you bought is later fixed or updated, previous buyers of that same product receive the new version free of charge; just message Support with your purchase receipt (product name and order code, or TxID/tracking code) so the new version can be sent to you. This applies only to the same product you bought; other products, or other language editions, are not included and must be bought separately.
Why does my file not come by email or download link?
Because KitYar delivery happens only in the same Telegram bot chat; there is no email delivery and no separate download link. Every purchase completes inside the bot and the files are sent there, so keep the same Telegram account you bought with. Signing in to the site with Telegram is only an optional extra so you can also see your orders, wallet, and referral link on the site; the files still only come in the bot chat. If anyone contacts you claiming to be the store by email or a link outside the official site and bot, that is not us.
Why must I accept terms before topping up my wallet? What are the terms?
Yes, but only once, and before any top-up or credit use: when you first open the wallet section, the wallet terms screen appears, and until you tap “I agree” you can neither top up nor use credit. The terms text is exactly: “Wallet credit can only be used to buy products in this store; it cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or converted to cash. USDT top-ups are credited after automatic on-chain verification, and card-to-card top-ups after the store's approval.” Accepting the terms happens once and stays recorded.
How is a USDT wallet top-up different from paying for a product in USDT?
It is different, and the difference matters: a USDT top-up is completed in ONE transfer. You type the amount you want credited (minimum $5); the bot shows the amount you must send: that amount plus a random suffix of $0.01 to $0.99 so the deposit is provably yours; but the credit added to your wallet is the amount you requested, not the amount with the suffix. So do NOT send a top-up in pieces: unlike a product payment, where partial payments add up, a wallet top-up is single-shot and must arrive in one transfer. As with a USDT purchase: TRC20 network only, and only to the same address the bot showed.
How does a card-to-card wallet top-up work?
It works like a card-to-card purchase and is offered only in the Persian (Iran) market: you type the amount, the bot gives you the card number, a unique amount, and an order code, you transfer, and you send the tracking code or receipt photo so the owner can approve it and add the amount to your wallet. Two differences from a product order: first, a card top-up appears in the automatic reminders but is never “released”, because nothing of yours is locked on it. Second, a card top-up is not a product; once approved, its status becomes “Credited”, not “Delivered”. If you buy in English or Arabic, you top up with USDT.
How are the USDT balance and the local balance different?
You have two separate balances: a USDT balance and a local balance (Iran). Each is used only for a payment of its own kind: the USDT balance only reduces the USDT part of an order, and the local balance only the local part. They are never converted into each other and never added together. You see your balance in the bot's wallet section, and if you signed in to the site with Telegram, you see the same balance in the site's account section too, because the bot and the site read the same wallet record and can never disagree.
When exactly is wallet credit taken at checkout, and when does it come back?
When you tap “use credit” at checkout, that amount is debited (reserved) from your wallet at once, but it does not count as “spent” yet; it only becomes finally spent after the file is successfully delivered. If you cancel the order, the owner rejects it, or a fresh purchase supersedes the old reservation, the reserved credit returns to your wallet. The calculation order is: first the discount comes off the price, then the credit comes off the remainder; the amount you must still send in USDT (or transfer by card) is exactly that final remainder. Card note: when you apply credit to a card order, the order's unique amount is re-rolled; so always send the fresh unique amount shown on the payment screen, not the old one.
What happens if my credit covers the whole price?
If the reserved credit covers the whole final price after discount, you tap “Pay with credit and receive the file” and no other money moves and no owner approval is needed; the files are delivered immediately through the normal path and the order's payment method is honestly recorded as “credit”. The owner is notified just like for other paid orders. There is also a guard: if you tap that same button again after a successful delivery, the files are never sent a second time and you get the message “This order was already paid and finalised”.
Where do I see my wallet history?
In the bot's wallet section, tap “Wallet history”: you see the last 10 movements, each with a type: “USDT top-up”, “Card top-up”, “Purchase from credit”, and “Credit returned”. Your balance never goes negative: if you try to use more credit than you hold, the bot refuses that debit and does not proceed. Every balance change is also written to a ledger that keeps only the last 50 movements.
Exactly when is WELCOME10 reserved, consumed, and released?
WELCOME10 is a 10% code that each user can use only once; at order time you enter it in capital letters with no extra spaces. Only one discount applies per order (either a code, or the referral discount), and the first discount applied is the one that stays. Its lifecycle has three stages: when applied to an open order it is “reserved” and cannot be taken on another order while that order is open; it is only “consumed” when the file is successfully delivered; and if you cancel the order, the owner rejects it, or a fresh purchase supersedes the old reservation, it is “released” and usable on another order. One exception: if an order dies after a real payment (a verified TxID, or a card order the owner already approved once), the discount counts as consumed, because a real payment was made.
What is a KYR-XXXXXX code, and who can use it?
KYR-XXXXXX is a 15% one-time code that only the person who earned it can use; its 6 characters come from an alphabet without easily confused letters. Nobody can guess it or take it from someone else: each code is registered in the system under its owner's name, and the bot checks ownership when it is used. Its lifecycle is like other discounts: “reserved” on an open order, only “consumed” on successful file delivery, and “released” on cancel, reject, or supersede by a fresh purchase. If you consumed the code on an order (meaning that order was delivered), it cannot be used again.
Exactly when is my friend's referral discount consumed?
When your friend joins the bot through your referral link, they automatically get 10% off that very first order; they do not need to enter a code. This discount is also first “reserved” and is only “consumed” when that first order is successfully delivered. If that first order dies unpaid (cancel, reject, or supersede by a fresh purchase), the reservation is released and the referral discount is still available for your friend's next first delivered order — because consumption happens only at delivery, not at order creation. The referral discount also never stacks with another code; only one discount sits on each order.
Exactly when do I receive the referral reward (KYR) code?
Only when your friend's first order is successfully delivered — not when your friend signs up, and not when your friend pays. At that delivery moment, a 15% one-time code in the format KYR-XXXXXX is created and registered for you, and only you, only once, can use it. If your friend never takes an order through to a complete delivery, no code is created for you. This reward code is separate from the referral link: the link brings the friend and gives them their discount; the code is your reward, which you receive after delivery.
Can I combine WELCOME10 and the referral discount? How do discount and credit combine?
No; discounts never stack. Only one discount applies per order, and the first discount applied is the one that stays; the payment screen says so too. But a discount and wallet credit do work together, and their order matters: first the discount comes off the price, then the reserved credit comes off the remainder. For USDT, what the bot checks on the network is exactly that final remainder (the final price after discount, minus reserved credit) — not the card price. So if you hold both a discount and credit and you are sending USDT, send exactly the expected amount shown on the payment screen.
What does starting a fresh purchase do to my previous order's discount and credit?
Yes, immediately and automatically: when you start a fresh purchase, the previous open order's reservations are set aside; the reserved wallet credit returns to your wallet and the reserved discount is released so the fresh order can claim that same code or that same referral discount. This is different from the 48-hour rule: the 48-hour rule is for a card order still waiting for approval that stays open; superseding by a fresh purchase happens at the very moment the fresh purchase starts, and it does not cancel the old order — it only unlocks its holds.
What is the difference between the referral link and the KYR code?
Do not mix these two up — they are separate things. The referral link: a link you take from the bot's referral section and send to friends; a friend who joins through it automatically gets 10% off their first order. The KYR-XXXXXX code: a 15% one-time reward code that is created for you only when that friend's first order is delivered, and only you can use it. So you send the link to bring a friend; you receive the code after delivery to spend yourself. Your friend's code is not yours, and vice versa; each code works only for its owner.
In which cases does a money-back apply?
Under the written money-back policy, in these four cases the choice is yours: we send a corrected/replacement version, or we return the full amount: 1) The file is technically defective: it is corrupt, does not open, or its formulas/sections do not work, and we cannot fix the defect or replace it with a healthy version. 2) The file is materially different from the description: the delivered content is importantly and materially different from what the product page says. 3) Delivery failed on our side: payment succeeded but the file was not delivered by us for any reason, and resending is not possible or not acceptable to you. 4) A duplicate or erroneous charge by the system: for example, the amount was taken twice for one order. These are the “money-back cases”; other requests (such as a change of mind) are not covered.
In which cases does a money-back NOT apply?
Under the same written policy, these two cases do not carry a money-back: 1) A healthy product was delivered, matches its page description, and you simply changed your mind; a digital file cannot be “returned” after download. The same rule covers picking the wrong language edition: each edition is a separate product, and a healthy delivered edition is not returnable for a wrong choice; if you urgently need the right edition, buy that edition separately. 2) The problem comes from an incompatibility that was already announced on the product page (for example, the file format and the apps needed to open it are written on that same page, and free alternatives such as Google Sheets and LibreOffice are named there). Even so, if you get stuck anywhere, talk to us first; as far as we can, we help you open and use the file, and we tell you right there every help that is genuinely possible — but we do not promise an exchange.
What exactly are the steps and timing of a money-back request?
File the request from the Support button inside the bot, and in that very first message write: the product name, the payment method (card-to-card or USDT), the payment receipt (the card-to-card tracking code or the TxID), and a short description of the problem. The store owner replies within 24 hours at the latest; if the fault is ours, a fix or a healthy version is offered first, and if that fails or you do not want it, the money-back is made. An approved money-back is processed within 3 business days at the latest: for card-to-card, back to the same card you paid from (and when the amount lands also depends on your bank); for USDT, back to the sender's address, which is agreed and confirmed with you before sending; the return transfer fee is on the store and is not deducted from your amount.
How do I follow up a money-back? Is a money-back automatic?
From the same Support button inside the bot, message with the product name and order code; money and money-back matters are reviewed personally by the store owner, who replies within 24 hours at the latest. One important thing to know: the bot never returns money automatically. Even if you yourself cancel a card order after submitting a receipt and your deposit is with the owner, settling that money is only ever the owner's manual decision; so if you are waiting for a money-back, keep your receipt and follow up via Support — not with a fresh transfer or a fresh message. For USDT too, a money-back happens only after the request is approved and the sender address is agreed with you.
I was charged twice for one order — what do I do?
A duplicate or erroneous charge by the system is one of the four money-back cases. Message Support and send both receipts: for USDT, both TxIDs; for card-to-card, both tracking codes — plus the product name and order code. The owner checks both payments, and if a duplicate charge by the system is confirmed, the choice is yours: a corrected/replacement version, or the full amount back. Note: two separate transfers you yourself made to complete one USDT order (partial payments) are not a duplicate charge; they add up to the full amount and the order is delivered.
What exactly is in the Instagram Shop Bundle, and how much does it save?
The Instagram Shop Bundle gives you all the shop kits together, with exactly the same files as the individual editions: Instagram Shop OS, the Instagram Clothing Shop System, the Beauty Page System, the Home Food & Sweets Shop System, the Handmade Products Shop System, the Beauty Salon Services System, the Shop Delivery Kit, and the Shop Loyalty Kit — 8 kits and 17 files in total, Persian edition only. Bundle price: $39. Bought separately, these same items total $129. This bundle is for Instagram shop owners who want all 8 kits together for less.
What exactly is in the Freelancer Bundle, and how much does it save?
The Freelancer Bundle gives you all the freelancer kits together, with exactly the same files as the individual editions: the general Freelancer Kit (Persian), the Graphic Designer Kit, the Developer Kit, the Instagram Admin Kit, the Translator & Writer Kit, the Photographer Kit, the Video Editor Kit, the Voice-Over Artist Kit, the Virtual Assistant Kit, and the Social Media Manager Kit — 10 kits and 19 files in total, Persian edition only. Bundle price: $39. Bought separately, these same items total $216. This bundle is for freelancers who want all 10 kits together for less.
What exactly is in the Everything Bundle, and how much does it save?
The Everything Bundle gives you the whole KitYar library at once: all 169 products across all 8 categories, in every language edition (Persian, English, Arabic), with exactly the same files as the individual editions — 978 files in total. The categories: Instagram Shop Systems 8 systems, Freelancing 10 kits, Excel & Management 20 products, Career & Resume 6 kits, Content 7 products, Teachers & Educators 7 products, Programming 10 products, Learning & Skills 101 products. Bundle price: $149. Bought separately, all editions total $6,252. This bundle is for anyone who wants the complete KitYar library at once.
What are the bundle rules, and which bundle fits me?
Three rules apply to all three bundles: 1) A bundle cannot be split; you cannot buy only part of one, or swap a member for another product. 2) The files inside a bundle are exactly the same files as the individual editions — no fewer, no different version. 3) Buying a bundle works like buying a single product: the same payment methods (USDT for everyone, card-to-card only for Persian editions that carry a local price), the same delivery in the bot chat, the same discount and wallet rules, and the same money-back policy. Which bundle fits you? Only an Instagram shop → the Shop Bundle; only freelancing → the Freelancer Bundle; everything at once → the Everything Bundle. If you only want one or two products from a bundle, buy those singly; a bundle pays off when you want most of its members.
What is in the Programming category? Why is each language sold separately?
The Programming category has 10 separate courses, and each language is a separate product; there is no programming bundle: Python ($13), JavaScript ($27), Java ($24), C++ ($19), C# ($10), PHP ($16), Go ($17), Rust ($29), SQL & Databases ($10), and Web Design with HTML & CSS ($13). Each course is one complete guide + one Excel tracker file (2 files) with lessons, exercises, and code snippets with live formulas; for example the Python course has 10 lessons, 12 exercises, and 12 snippets with 37 live formulas. Buy the language you want to build or work in; buying one language does not give you another. Dollar prices and USDT amounts are the same number (1 USDT ≈ $1).
How is a programming course different from a shop system or a research dossier?
Because three kinds of product do three different jobs. Programming courses: step by step, from zero to a real finished project, with a progress tracker, exercises, and snippets; they are for learning a skill from scratch. Shop, freelancer, and Excel systems: ready-made tools for doing a real job (managing orders, contracts and pricing, budgets and tracking); they are for immediate use in a business, not for studying. Research, article, and project dossiers: complete professional reading with an Excel action file and checklist; they are for understanding a topic and carrying out a specific plan. So if you want to learn programming, buy the language course; if you want to run your shop, buy the system for that job; if you want to decide on a topic and carry it out, buy that topic's dossier.
How are a Research Dossier, an Article, and a Project Dossier different?
All three types are complete, ready-to-use professional dossiers — not samples and not summaries; each is one complete guide + one 3-sheet Excel file. Their difference is the kind of content: a Research Dossier is evidence and analysis of a topic, with an indicator table and live formulas; for deeply understanding a topic. A Professional Article is one complete professional article, with a performance table, a multi-week action plan, and a publishing checklist; for professionally learning a topic. A Project Dossier is one complete executable plan, with a budget table and break-even calculation, a scheduled action plan, and a launch/execution checklist; for carrying out a specific job from start to finish. All three types come in three languages (Persian, English, Arabic) with 2 files each. General examples: the Customer Retention Research Dossier ($11), the Content Marketing Professional Article ($13), the Small Online Shop Launch Project Dossier ($10).
How are the field dossiers (Management, Civil Engineering, Economics…) different from each other?
In Learning & Skills, 10 fields each have three dossier types (research, article, project) — 30 field dossiers with the same structure (guide + 3-sheet Excel with data, action plan, and checklist) but different subjects, audiences, and indicators. The fields: Management, Accounting, Psychology, Law, Medical, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Education, Marketing, and Economics. Examples: Management — Employee Retention Research ($13), Leading Small Teams Article ($11), Opening a Second Branch Project ($16); Civil Engineering — Residential Building Safety Research ($16), Sustainable Home Renovation Article ($14), Small Residential Renovation Execution Project ($14); Economics — Inflation's Effect on Household Budgets Research ($24), Saving Strategies in Inflation Article ($13), Household Budget Recovery Project ($17). Pick your field first, then the type: research to understand, article to learn professionally, project to execute.
Which skills courses are in Learning & Skills?
Besides the field dossiers, Learning & Skills also has complete skills courses, each one complete guide + one Excel tracker file (2 files, in three languages). The 8 approved examples: Mobile Repair Training ($6), Photoshop & Graphic Design ($17), Business English ($5), Applied AI for Business, no-code ($10), Accounting ($19), Mobile Photography & Video for Shops ($13), Tailoring & Fashion Design ($17), Home Appliance & Building Electrical Repair ($14). Other general courses: Computer Basics ($14), Networking ($10), Satellite Dish Installation ($13), Ethical Hacking & Security, defensive only ($17), Advanced Excel ($11), Professional Public Speaking ($7), Time Management ($6), Leadership Starter for New Managers ($14), Customer Service ($14), SEO ($13), Home Baking Business ($17), Home First Aid ($10), Home Vegetable Garden ($9), and Home Woodworking ($13). Buy a course to learn a skill; buy a dossier to understand or carry out a specific topic.
How long does each step of my order take, and when will my file arrive?
Here is the honest timeline for each step:
- USDT payment: the check runs automatically on the blockchain. Once the network confirms it, your files are sent right here in the bot chat, usually within minutes.
- Manual-review orders: a human reviews the receipt. If your order is still unapproved after 12 hours, you get a “still under review” note and the store owner is reminded.
- After 48 hours with no decision: any promo or referral code held on your order is released so you can use it again. Your reserved wallet credit STAYS RESERVED until the order is decided. This is NOT a cancellation and NOT an automatic money-back — your order stays open and is still decided by the store.
- Human reply: we reply to support messages within 24 hours at the latest.
- Unfinished orders: if you started an order but did not complete the payment, you get exactly one reminder after 24 hours, with a button that takes you back to that same order.
I run an Instagram shop. Which kit should I start with?
Great question — and a smart place to start. If you run an Instagram shop and you are juggling orders, stock and profit in chats and notebooks, you need one system that holds all of it together, not a pile of separate sheets. For that, my recommendation is Instagram Shop OS: a 3-sheet workbook (orders with per-order profit, inventory with low-stock alerts, monthly profit and loss) with live formulas and filled example rows, plus a guide with 25 ready-to-send DM sales scripts and a 30-day content kit. Buy it here: https://t.me/KitYarStoreBot?start=buy_shop-os-en
Your next step is simple: open the bot link, complete the USDT payment, and start with the guide, then enter your first real orders in the workbook. One extra tip: if you later need more than one shop system, compare with the Instagram Shop Bundle first — all 8 shop systems for $39.
I run a small design business. Should I buy the designer kit or the Photoshop course?
That depends on what you are missing, and for you the answer is clear. You already do design work — what you need is the business side: briefs, pricing, revisions and client messages. So my recommendation is the Freelancer Kit for Graphic Designers ($29): a 20-question design brief form, a revision policy template, a 3-tier logo and brand pricing template with a filled dollar example, 15 designer scripts for tricky clients, a file-delivery checklist, plus the complete general Freelancer Kit (contract, invoice, proposal and 20 client scripts). Buy it here: https://t.me/KitYarStoreBot?start=buy_freelancer-design-en
Your next step: use the brief form with your very next client before you start the work. The Photoshop course, by contrast, teaches design skills — it is for learning the tool, not for running the business.
I teach a class and need attendance, grades and parent messages in one place. Which kit fits?
You need a whole classroom system, not just a planner — so my recommendation is the Teacher Classroom System ($17). Its workbook tracks attendance with an automatic attendance percentage, a gradebook with automatic averages and status, and a class summary, with 53 live formulas and filled example rows; the guide adds 12 ready-to-send messages and 10 ready templates. Buy it here: https://t.me/KitYarStoreBot?start=buy_teacher-class-en
Your next step: enter one real week of attendance and grades, and let the automatic percentages do the rest. The lesson planner is only for planning lessons, and the field trip planner is only for trips — neither one runs your whole class.
I have never coded before. Which programming language should I learn first?
Welcome to coding — starting with the right first language matters, and for a complete beginner my recommendation is Python ($13). It reads almost like plain English, so you spend your energy on learning to think like a programmer instead of fighting strange symbols, and it is useful for real work afterwards: automation, data and small tools. This course is a complete beginner-to-advanced guide with a workbook: a progress tracker with 10 lessons and automatic completion percentage, an exercise log with 12 exercises and automatic pass marking, and a snippet library with 12 snippets. Buy it here: https://t.me/KitYarStoreBot?start=buy_python-en
Your next step: finish lesson 1 and its exercises before you even look at a second language. JavaScript ($27) is the right next step when you want interactive websites; HTML & CSS ($13) is for page structure and design, and it pairs well with Python later.
I want to launch a small online shop and need a step-by-step plan I can actually run. Research, article or project dossier?
For a plan you can run, you need the project dossier — background reading will not launch the shop for you. My recommendation is the Complete Project Dossier: Launching a Small Online Shop ($10): a budget table with live formulas and a break-even calculation, an 8-week action-plan tracker with timeline and automatic assessment, and a launch checklist with weighted scoring. Buy it here: https://t.me/KitYarStoreBot?start=buy_project-en
Your next step: work through the 8-week tracker week by week, starting with the budget table. A research dossier gives you evidence and analysis, and an article explains a topic in depth — both are useful, but neither one is a runnable plan.
I sell home food from my kitchen and need to manage orders and costs. The shop food system or the home baking kit?
Since you are already selling, you need a selling system, not a skills course. My recommendation is the Home Food & Sweets Shop System ($15): a workbook with daily orders (ingredient, packaging and shipping costs with per-order profit), per-product ingredient cost and real profit, and a weekly production plan, with live formulas and filled example rows, plus a guide with 25 ready DM scripts and a hygiene and packaging checklist. Buy it here: https://t.me/KitYarStoreBot?start=buy_shop-food-en
Your next step: enter your next week of real orders and check the per-order profit on each one. The home baking kit, by contrast, teaches baking skills with an order log — it is for learning the craft, not for running a selling operation.
I want one place for my budget, spending, debt and savings. Finance, debt payoff or subscription tracker?
You want the whole picture in one place, so my recommendation is the Personal Finance System ($15). It is a 4-sheet Excel system — monthly budget, expense tracker, debt payoff and savings goals — with live formulas and filled examples, plus a user guide with a quick start. Buy it here: https://t.me/KitYarStoreBot?start=buy_finance-en
Your next step: fill in one real month of income and spending, then set your first savings goal. The debt payoff planner ($12) covers debt only, and the subscription tracker ($9) covers subscriptions only — both are good, but neither one is the whole system.
I want to learn phone repair. The repair training course or the repair shop system?
To learn the skill, you need the course — the shop system assumes you already repair phones and just need to run the business. My recommendation is Mobile Repair Training ($6): a complete course guide with a workbook covering 10 lessons with automatic points, a practice log with 12 practices and automatic pass marking, and a checklist and toolbox with 10 items. Buy it here: https://t.me/KitYarStoreBot?start=buy_mobile-repair-training-en
Your next step: complete lesson 1 and log your first practice. The Mobile Repair Shop System ($8), by contrast, is for a working shop: 15 sample jobs, 18 parts with stock alerts, a dashboard and a sample invoice.
I am applying for jobs and my resume feels weak. Which career kit should I start with?
Start where hiring managers look first: your resume. My recommendation is the ATS Resume Kit ($12): 2 ATS-friendly resume templates, a LinkedIn profile guide, 60 ready achievement bullet phrases, a common-mistakes checklist, and a complete filled sample resume. Your next step: rebuild your resume with one template and the achievement phrases, then send it to one real job. The cover letter kit ($9), interview kit ($12), LinkedIn kit ($9), promotion case kit ($11) and salary negotiation kit ($11) each solve a later step — but none of them fixes a weak resume.
I only need delivery tracking for my shop, not the full Shop OS. Which single kit, and when is the full OS better?
If delivery is really your only gap, buy just that piece. My recommendation is the Shop Delivery Kit ($7): a tracking workbook with 3 sheets, 53 live formulas and filled example rows, plus a guide with an eighteen-item packaging checklist, ready-made customer messages, and delay and return handling. Buy it here: https://t.me/KitYarStoreBot?start=buy_shop-delivery-en
Your next step: log your next 10 deliveries in the workbook and use the ready messages for delays. The full Shop OS ($29) is better only when you also need order profit, inventory alerts and sales scripts in one system — if you do not, the single kit is the honest buy.
What exactly is the difference between Shop OS, the Shop Delivery Kit and the Shop Loyalty Kit?
They solve three different shop jobs, at three prices. Shop OS ($29) is the full system: a 3-sheet workbook for orders with per-order profit, inventory with low-stock alerts and monthly profit and loss (47 live formulas), plus a guide with 25 ready DM sales scripts and a 30-day content kit. The Shop Delivery Kit ($7) is delivery only: a 3-sheet tracking workbook (53 formulas) with an eighteen-item packaging checklist, ready customer messages, and delay and return handling. The Shop Loyalty Kit ($6) is repeat customers only: a 3-sheet workbook (64 formulas) with three loyalty program models, card wording and a twelve-month offers calendar. Every kit also has a pro section with a worked case study from its own workbook numbers and 7 common mistakes with fixes. If you need all three jobs, start with Shop OS; if you need one job, buy that single kit.
Trust & guarantees — why buying from KitYar is safe
- Written money-back guarantee
If a file is defective or does not match its product description, we will — at your choice — fix or replace it, or refund the full amount. We reply to every request within 24 hours at the latest, and refunds are processed within 3 business days at the latest. This is exactly the written refund policy published in the Support section of this site.
- Publicly verifiable USDT payments
USDT payments are checked on the public Tron blockchain; anyone can open the TxID (transaction hash) in a public explorer and see the amount and the recipient for themselves — you do not have to take our word for it.
- Check the official address
The store's only official USDT address is: TStd63ZirrxggGDWHGiX5mQezmh8yCzeVk — and the store's only official channels are this site (kityar.pages.dev) and the Telegram bot @KitYarStoreBot. Before sending, compare the address shown in the bot character by character with the address on this page.
- We never ask for sensitive information
We never ask for — and will never request — your seed phrase, private key, bank password, or card CVV/PIN. Card-to-card payment (inside Iran) is just an ordinary transfer from your own banking app; afterwards you only send the tracking code to the bot.
- Exact, verified contents
The contents of every product are listed precisely and counted on its product card — how many formulas, scripts and templates — and every file is checked before it goes on sale; you receive exactly what you see on the card.
- Free updates
If a file you bought is later fixed or updated, previous buyers of that product receive the new version free of charge; just message support with your purchase receipt.
- Real human support
Questions are answered in the bot, and we commit to replying within 24 hours at the latest; matters involving money and refunds go personally to the store owner and are reviewed by him directly.

KitYar products are digital files (Excel and text files). Full refund applies if: the file is technically defective, corrupted, or cannot be fixed/replaced by us; the delivered content is materially different from the product-page description; delivery failed on our side; or a duplicate/erroneous charge was made by the system. In these cases the choice is yours: a corrected/replacement file, or a full refund.

How to request: contact support via the Telegram bot with the product name, payment method, and your payment receipt (your TxID, or the card-to-card tracking code if you paid by local bank transfer) plus a short description of the problem. We reply within 24 hours at the latest, and approved refunds are processed within 3 business days: USDT refunds are sent back to the sender's address after confirming it with you, and the return transfer fee is on us; Local-currency refunds (inside Iran) are transferred back to the same card you paid from.
Not refundable: a correctly delivered product that matches its description, when the only reason is change of mind — please read the product page carefully before buying and ask support anything, we answer honestly. If you are unhappy for any reason, talk to us first; we aim to resolve every issue with a concrete solution.
